1. About Skill To Sales
Skill To Sales is a digital education and implementation product designed to help customers work through a structured process for turning an existing skill into a clearer, buyer-ready offer and taking that offer to market.
The product may include a guide, AI walkthrough, templates and tools, the First 25 Prospects Starter Pack, The Next Client Playbook, community access and other supporting resources described on the relevant sales or checkout page.
2. Purchase and payment
The current advertised purchase price is ₦9,900 unless a different price, promotion or offer is clearly shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the applicable checkout/payment provider. Your purchase is also subject to any payment-provider terms shown during checkout.
Where there is a conflict between an advertised price and the final price displayed at checkout, the price presented for your transaction at checkout will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
3. Delivery and access
After a successful purchase, access is provided through the applicable delivery platform and buyer flow. Delivery may depend on the availability and operation of third-party platforms used for checkout, hosting, community access or digital delivery.

4. Personal access only
Your purchase is for your own personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You may not share your login, download links, private community access or paid materials with people who did not purchase or otherwise receive authorised access.
5. Intellectual property
The Skill To Sales name, guide, videos, templates, worksheets, written materials, graphics, systems and other original content are owned by or licensed to Skill To Sales and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the materials for your own learning and implementation. You may not resell, republish, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share publicly, or create a competing product substantially based on the materials without written permission.
6. AI tools and third-party services
Skill To Sales may show you how to use AI tools as part of the process. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information and making your own business decisions.
Third-party services such as AI tools, checkout providers, hosting platforms, community platforms, analytics services and social networks are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or policies.
7. No guarantee of income or clients
Skill To Sales provides a process, education and practical tools. It does not guarantee that you will get clients, make sales, earn a particular amount, secure employment, replace your salary, or achieve any specific financial or business result.
Your results depend on factors including your skills, offer, market, execution, communication, pricing, demand and the response of real buyers.
8. Refunds
Skill To Sales offers the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee described in the Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the refund conditions in that policy apply to your purchase.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the product, website or community to violate applicable laws, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful or malicious material, impersonate another person, harass other customers, or interfere with the operation of the website, product or community.
10. Community participation
If community access is included, participation is subject to reasonable community rules. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect members, maintain a useful environment or address misuse.
11. Changes to the product
We may update, improve, replace or reorganise product materials from time to time. The core purpose of the product will remain substantially consistent, but specific tools, platforms, examples or community features may change.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skill To Sales is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product or from business decisions you make based on the material. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. For a purchase, the terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented at checkout.
15. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you.
